February’s tip: REPLACE BAD HABITS WITH GOOD ONES

Your daily habits form the foundation of your life. The way you think, believe, and do things determines the reality of your experience. Gaining control of your habits is essential to improving your life.

Common examples of bad habits include procrastination, running late, eating unhealthy foods, and having a negative mindset.

Try replacing your bad habits with positive ones, like eating well, staying positive in times of success & adversity, and taking time to focus on your well-being.

Once you intentionally replace your negative habits with positive ones, you will notice how your auto-pilot behaviors shift. You will begin to no longer accept things as the way they are, but rather how you want them to be.

But remember to be kind to yourself because it takes time and patience to change ingrained habits.
