November’s tip: STOP SAYING “NO!”

People who have high levels of self-doubt have increased variations in judgment of their own abilities.

When that happens, remind yourself that other people don't really care that much about what you do or don’t do. Start saying “YES!” to the things that might scare you or make you doubt yourself.

By doing so you can disrupt the negative thought pattern and stop that inner critic from taking over. Saying “yes” is the first step!
